Ready to Place Your Order?

All boxes are sent Standard UK Delivery @£4.95 and delivery is within 3-5 working days. We’re currently only able to ship within the UK. 
Boxes will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. If you would like to return an item please be aware that the first attempted date of delivery will be counted as the date in which goods were received.
You'll be kept in the loop on the status of your order with confirmation and tracking emails.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item or you have received a faulty item, please see our policies below regarding the return, exchange or refund of your item.

Refunds & Returns

If your order is incorrect, damaged or has not arrived on time, please email us at festibox@strongandco.net and we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you.
We do not accept returns for part of the box, all returns must be made in full, except where the item is incorrect or damaged. Whether the box has arrived with you, or at another person’s address, you must return the full box within 14 days.
Couple of bits to note:we don’t cover the delivery costs of returnwe recommend sending the return as recorded delivery (with tracking number) for your own protection, as any items lost in transit will not be considered for refunds or exchangesgoods must be returned in an unused & re-saleable condition
We endeavour to process any postal return or refund within 7 days of receipt of the product. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid.

Received a faulty product?

We’re so sorry! If goods are faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund if returned to us within 28 days. We will bear the cost of returning faulty goods to FestiBox, please do send us an email on festibox@strongandco.net with some photos.
